Key Lime Cheesecake Pie
For the filling
8oz cream cheese, soften
14oz can of sweet condense milk
1/2oz of fresh lime juice
2 egg yolks
For the crust
I suggest buying a graham cracker pie crust
But if you want to make it:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 tablespoons sugar
5 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For pie
Stir graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter in a bowl with a fork until combined well.
Press mixture evenly onto bottom and up side of a 9-inch pie plate.
For filling
Beat cream cheese until creamy (or if your microwave has the option for melting cheese use it is a time saver).
Add sweetened condensed milk.
Add egg yolks.
Add lime juice
Beat till combined.
Pour mixture into pie crust
Then place in the oven and bake for 15 min at 350-400 degrees.
Top with Extra Creamy Whipped Cream
This makes about 8 serving. Enjoy
